Debate on Cycle Safety & Flash Ride Around Parliament – This Wednesday (22 Feb)

Just a quick note on something many of you might have already heard about – there will be a debate on cycle safety held  in Parliament this Thursday, the largest one in years.

To make sure their voices are heard, many cyclists are planning to go on a ride around the Palace of Westminster and it might be a good chance for all of us active travelers to join in the campaign for safer cycling in London. A considerable number of bloggers have written interesting posts about it so I’m posting a few links below for you.

The ride starts at the Duke of York steps and participants are invited to gather around The Mall at 6.15pm for a 6.30pm start. You can find more details here.

What do you think about it?
